Major Three Cycles

The Total System Is Timer Based. There Are Major Three Cycles In The System

  •   filter clean- in built filter with 5 micron bag filter. it will operate through pulse jet system.
  •   convey cycle- after completion of filter clean cycle based on time setting in timer automatically convey cycle will start up to pre set time.
  •   discharge cycle- after completion of convey cycle the discharge cycle will take place and load the granules or dry powder in to ipc.

Technical Design Specification

  •   Convey receiver is manufactured from SS 316.
  •   Distance piece is manufactured from SS 316.
  •   Sequential timer based air blasted filter cleaning system.
  •   Filter made from non-woven fabric, & washable.
  •   Filter Assembly and Fine Collection port are with toggle clamp, which eliminates the need of spanner for cleaning and hence reduce the cleaning changeover time.
  •   Vacuum source is a dry type geared rotary blower housed in a cast iron body with require Power source.
  •   Vacuum source is having silencer at suction and discharge port to reduce the noise level.
  •   Vacuum source is equipped with a suction air filter to prevent the entry of foreign
  •   Vacuum Safety Valve for equipment safety.
  •   Vacuum Gauge and isolator valve on the vacuum power source.
  •   Vacuum regulating valve at the vacuum power source to maintain the process
  •   Control Panel will be manufactured from SS 304 having dust proof construction.
  •   Control Panel is sequential timer base having 4 - operation cycles.
  •   Material and Convey line is through static conductive, Non toxic flexible hose pipe, Total 40 Feet length is considered.
  •   Advance PLC Controls system with HMI- color Touch screen provided of Allen Bradley/ Siemens/Mitsubishi make for complete automatic Powder Transfer process and batch data receipt management .
